Privacy Policy

This policy covers MPath Invoice Alerts, an internal tool of MPath Consulting LLC ("MPath", "we").

What it reads

The tool connects to one QuickBooks Online company: MPath Consulting LLC's own. It reads MPath's invoices, their amounts and balances, payment status, and the name of the customer on each invoice.

What it does with it

It uses that information for one thing: to send a short text to MPath's owners when an invoice is paid. It also keeps a small record of which invoices it has already reported, so it does not send the same text twice.

What it does not do

It does not sell or share the information. It does not use it for advertising. It does not change anything in QuickBooks. It does not connect to any other QuickBooks company.

How it is kept safe

The keys that let the tool reach QuickBooks are stored privately on MPath's own systems and are never published. Access is limited to MPath's owners.

Disconnecting

MPath can disconnect the tool from QuickBooks at any time. When it is disconnected, it stops reading invoices, and MPath deletes the stored keys.
